  You can’t have larger text

  You can’t use this text AND have a default larger text on your Apple phone. You have to go into your settings and change to even look at classes or do anything. Fix this asap!

  This app does not work. The filters aren’t functional often. Only Florida gyms come up and I live in Arizona.

  Horrible

  Why are we releasing a new app with so many bugs?!? I cannot sign up for any class…they don’t even show up. And there is no daycare sign up anywhere. I show up to the gym hoping there is a class and hoping there is room for my kid to stay.

  Sign-In Disaster, another EOS failure

  Absolutely ridiculous waste of time trying to move my credentials to this new app I was forced to download to continue my membership. No one working at my EOS could figure out why I was unable to log in. Spent my entire hour trying to sort the issue when I should’ve been working out and still no solution. This is a gym, not a tech company. Stop creating new apps.

  Old app better

  This new app is awful. Way too much, hard to find the things I actually want to access, like the movie schedule, and when I did it doesn’t even work. The schedule has to be downloaded and then it wouldn’t open.

  New app is terrible

  The new app is terrible!!!! I have 2 EOS locations I have been taking classes at and the old app allowed me to view both gym class schedules at the same time so I could easily sign up for the class and location in just seconds. The new app will not allow me to view both gym location class schedules when I open the app. Every time I open the app I have to go in and hand select both gym locations just to see the class schedules even though I have gone through the “filters” and made my selections at least 100 times. So far this app has caused me a lot of frustration and waisted time just to sign up for fitness classes. I wish I could give the app 0 stars.

  This one doesn’t even have the movie schedule available for view. The old one did.

  Why release an app that doesn’t have all features yet?

  I mean, if this is a beta it’s not apparent. But honestly i don’t really use the app for anything but signing up for kid care… and I can’t find where to do that. When you do add it, please make it so we can do it within the app and have a default location instead of having to search for the location each time. I don’t really care about any of the updates with classes and such. I think it looks alright and i like the idea of having a one stop shop within the app for managing our account. But at this point it’s still lacking. I think you ought to roll this back getting some actual people working with the app before getting everyone on board.

  Extremely confusing

  After many blind alleys I was eventually able to log in. I don’t understand why the filter system is so complex and nit picky. A waste of time and feel I am missing classes because The filters are so bizarre
