  Worst app

  This app is horrible and the customer service doesn’t exist! Do not use this app, find another one. You will just end up frustrated and not get what you need. It’s useless!

  Not user friendly

  This app was updated not long ago and is a terrible upgrade. It took forever just to get logged back into the app and have it work. Now when we use it, it often logs you out between uses, reports errors when logging drives, times out when doing a drive, etc. It’s a headache!

  So many glitches

  App locked me out and would not let me back in. Asked to reset password repeatedly with no success password then spontaneously reset itself. And send an email to me through which I was not able to access the app that I had downloaded and the hours that my daughter had already driven. Requested assistance received none restarted the app and reset my password only to find it wouldn’t let me back in every time I logged in it, accepted my login, but just had a spinning circle on the screen. and would not let me navigate away from it..

  After update it is horrible

  Used the app 2 years ago with oldest. App was simple to use. Now we can’t get approval invites sent between phones. So disappointed when things are working well people feel changes are needed to enhance stuff.

  biggest excuse for an app

  this app is awful. i think ive cried 27 times trying to log in and i cant do it. it doesnt save my drives and i think this may be the stupidest thing ever made. id rather never get my license and crash into a tree than use this excuse of space ever again. 0/10

  Used to be a great app, now it is next to impossible to get my son verified. So disappointing.

  Crapiest app ever

  Ive driven 70+ hours and the app has only logged 12. 90 % of the time it wont log in… and the other 10% of the time it logs out in the middle of the drive. Iphone SE on 26.5

  Nightmare Update

  If you haven’t yet started logging driving hours, I’d advise to start using an alternate method until this app has been sorted out. No telling how long it will take, if at all. The app was just fine until it rolled out an update at the eggs of May, I think it was. Users couldn’t login for weeks after the update. Then we were notified that logins were working again, and now you can login - occasionally! Maybe 20% of the time. It’s safe to say the update was a disaster and by no means successful. Hopefully they can continue working to sort things out so that we can access our teens’ logs again.
