  Suckiest app ever

  I love GYG to book excursions but it’s the most difficult app to use; it crashes so often I can’t handle it. I’m close to switching to viator or something because it drives me insane

  Never received tickets after money was charges

  I was buying 2 adult tickets for San Diego Safari.park for july 5th on july 3rd they take out the money and never receiv the tickets. Try to contact with agent and its saying that internet connectivity issue they will refund money issue in 3-5 business days. They told me buy the tickets again. So i try to purchased again same issue and reason afylter they took out my money. I need to.wait 3-5 business days again for my refund money. Thid is very ridiculous reason that after they charged from my 2 debit catds. Still can't handel the issue and senting finance team to solve the problem. Do not buy tickets from this apps. Can't trust them.
