  Worst customer service on planet Earth. One time they forgot my whole order and wouldn’t give me a refund. Use Uber Eats if possible.

  Best deals, but lack of help when your food is stolen.

  The title is pretty self explanatory. I really like that Doordash has a lot of deals and I was a member for a long time till now. I have to say their membership benefits really save money when you buy food with applied deals. It’s good and all till you don’t get the food you ordered, it’s very common that a lot of Doordashers steal your food and abuse loopholes to get away with it. What’s even worse is that Doordash themselves do not compensate you no matter how much evidence you provide or talk to them, they have the right to downright turn you down and walk away with your money while the thief takes your food with no consequences. Yes, you can definitely chargeback your orders but it will lead to an immediate account closure. On top of all this, Doordash sometimes do not fully refund you of the amount you spent as well, they will leave out some fees un-refunded maybe because of tax but it is still a load of bs. Either way, watch your dashers if you order because Doordash will not support you so don’t even bother to contact customer service if you experience a stolen order, they will just say the same thing every time.

  Dashers Ruining the doordash experience

  Time and time again my orders are dropped off at the wrong building. Dashers refuse to follow, or are unable to follow the delivery instructions. I have my instructions written in both English and Spanish yet 50% of the time don’t even get my order. And when I get my order 50% of the time it is missing items or completely wrong. I have only just recently started requesting refunds. Pulling teeth out would be easier. The request is never resolved appropriately and there is no other option other than to grin and bear it. Yes, I understand I should quit being a fat lazy POS and cook at home. I have requested call backs from Doordash and have never received an automated email much to my chagrin. This will be my last order and I will be canceling my subscription. ✌️

  Didn’t get my nugs

  Bro so I ordered DoorDash late at night because ya boy was hungry. So I order 2 items a chicken sandwich for someone and a 10 peice for myself. Lo and behold the 10 peice never arrives, after my review DoorDash decided “a refund was not issued based on the results”. I sent them a picture of my bag with only the chicken in it and they added my sauces but not the nuggets. I know DoorDash can’t control what they give me but they can control the refund.
