  Lies

  I just wrote an entire review about how garbage this company is and how misleading everything is but Apple decided to delete the whole thing so I’ll try to make it shorter this time. They suck. At first their wearable band was free with the subscription then now that I’ve already paid for the subscription it’s $100and apparently the Garmin that I purchased for this purpose is not compatible with their app, which is ridiculous because all they said was it needed to be a Garmin device only to find out that there is a fairly small list of Garmin devices that are actually compatible, which would’ve been very helpful to have on the front page after you click that you would like to go with Garmin as opposed to being on a small find print after you have already purchased your subscription and are trying to sync your watch and it’s not working for some reason. I’m so done.

  Glitchy app

  I have been using Natural Cycles as birth control for almost 2 years and while I have had a positive experience, my only complaint is how glitchy the app is sometimes. I have to open my Oura ring app to load my data for the day over and over and for some reason the Natural Cycles app struggles to communicate with my oura app. It’s very frustrating. Today I have tried to get the Oura app to load the data into Natural Cycles 5 times and it still has not worked.

  Bring back cycle day on calendar

  Please update to be able to clearly see cycle day when clicking on future dates on the calendar like we used to see. The 2 stars is because recent updates to the app have made it LESS user friendly. More buttons to do the same thing we used to do with fewer buttons. Also the yearly subscription price is astronomical- I have been using this app for almost 5 years and it’s just getting out of control with the pricing. I’ve not seen added value. Being able to tap to focus during the ovulation test reader would be a long awaited and much needed improvement.

  Skeptical at first

  I’ve been watching this app for several years now and haven’t used it yet. After life changes I decided it was time. It not only predicted exactly when I would ovulate (I can feel my ovulation) but it also predicted the exact day my period would come. It had a different day than apple health had predicted and I’ve been using Apple tracking for many years. Natural cycles said Thursday, Apple said Friday, I said Saturday, it came on Thursday just as natural cycles predicted. Great app.

  Awful waste of money

  I’ve been logging religiously for 7 months and it still can’t even predict my period. The apple health app predicts it every time. This app is off by an entire week some times. Still have no idea when I’m ovulating.

  Scammy

  I bought a subscription hoping to use it after getting off my current birth control. What the app didn’t tell before it prompted me to buy a subscription (I couldn’t go any further into the app without one) is that 1. I cannot use it while still having an IUD (I was trying to get ahead of tracking the cycle so I knew where I was at when it was removed). And 2. My Apple Watch apparently isn’t compatible with the temp reading. The app informed me of neither of these without first making me pay the $20 something to begin a subscription. When I canceled and tried to get it back, the automated chatbot kept spinning me in circles telling me the same thing - essentially “sorry you paid already and nothing we can do about it🤷🏼‍♀️”. Incredibly scammy. Terrible customer support.
