It is an application which displays the pitch of the sound inputted from the microphone on a graph in real time. A horizontal axis becomes time and the vertical axis has become a scale.   Fine on Android but not iOS

  This app works fine on my Android, but on iOS the playback functionality is somewhat broken. The screen doesn’t update when playing back a recording, it just freezes at whatever it was displaying before you hit play. The recording is also very quiet for some reason, and it doesn’t keep the screen on, and it stops playing if the screen turns off

  Need transposition for vocal singers

  Great showing actual pitches on-the-fly. The iOS version lacks transposition (adjust the scale up/down by half step intervals to accommodate a person’s vocal range) The Android version has transposition

  Quite good but a couple of problems

  I like this app. But it seems to be a bit behind its Android cousin, which was last updated in June 2023 to 1.5.2. This one is 1.3.0 from 2021. The Android version has a HOLD button that’s missing from this version. And finally, a little documentation would be nice. For example, what exactly is being saved by the Save function? What is Load supposed to do? And the three graphic buttons (which look like stop, record, and play) behave mysteriously and weirdly.

  Video playback doesn’t work

  If you record a video, save it, load it, and try to play, the screen freezes instead of showing your playback. This makes the app unusable.

  Doesn't register pitch 'E'

  Unfortunately it doesn't recognized the vowel 'E', causing constant breaks in the lines when you are practicing. I have used multiple mics and across 3 different devices (mac, iphone, ipad). The same issue on all three. Shame because it's recommended by a world famous vocal coach.

  Simple and Excellent

  Having tried all of the other similar apps, this one is definitely the best and simplest one to use. It is very responsive and easy to differentiate notes in real time unlike other apps.
