  Nothing but bugs

  The app is glitchy at best. iPhone 14 and now 17 still the same. I have to restart my phone in order for the app to recognize the various laundry machines I use in my apartment and even if it does recognize a certain machine I may still say that the machine is in use when it is clearly not. I spend 30 minutes at least working through this issue.

  Positive reviews are fake, Pay Range stinks.

  Pay range is a terrible app with the worst customer service. Constantly having issues with deposit being refunded when I need to wash laundry, request repair for broken machine doesn’t work either. Avoid using Pay Range if possible.

  Worst service EVER

  Don’t trust this app I downloaded this app because my apartment complex switched to the app instead of quarters. I added money to my account. The app detected the washer but after it took my money it kept telling me I still owed a quarter which it had already taken the full amount but the washer still wouldn’t start because the app said I still owed a quarter’. So almost 2 dollars later I deleted my account, the app also r went to the laundromat. When I contacted the app they made excuses and blamed everyone else and wouldn’t refund my money

  Doesn’t take any payment methods

  I’m attempting to use 3 different payment methods but the only thing that seems to work is specifically Apple Cash. Paze does not work at all when attempting to enroll. How did this get screwed up? The new system implemented as a “resolution” doesn’t work. Support took over a month to reply to being overcharged. Would love to be able to wash me and my partner’s clothes sometime soon, thanks.

  Pain in the neck

  This app requires too much effort just to wash a few loads of clothes. 1) download the app 2) create an account 3) fund the account 4) allow the app access to your bluetooth It ended up easier to go back to the front desk and get some quarters. 0 stars would not recommend

  MONEY BACK, NOW!

  I want my unused funds back now. I have relocated to a place that does not have any of facilities that are compatible with this utility. It has been years. I have followed all of the instructions. I can find online for getting my unused funds back and I get no response and my money is still not returned. I really want Apple to stop allowing applications to take money with no system for returning it quickly. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! I really really wish that Apple would stop allowing developers to put our cash on their account accounts through apps, with no ability to refund unused balance. I have two apps with small amounts of money on them, and I want my unused money back. This really should be seen to by Apple as soon as possible. It is untenable!

  Basically fraud…laundry machines require this terrible app for washer and dryer but nothing ever works, deposit money then balance was zero without using it and customer service is bots or the dumbest people in existence
