  Charged me. Did not provide service.

  I purchased 1 month of texting. They instead charged me then sent a message, "Due to higher than normal volume fulfillment of your purchase is delayed. Your purchase will be fulfilled shortly." -- what is shortly? 5 minutes? An hour? A day? Don't charge the customer if you cannot fulfill the order...

  Can’t receive calls

  They still have some work to do on this app. Making calls works fine, but unless you are in the app actively you can’t answer incoming calls. I tried all their debugging steps but nothing worked. It’s a shame because the price is good. If they fix the app I’d consider it again, but as it stands it’s not a replacement for a normal Canadian phone plan.

  I paid for the app and I have been trying to download it and it’s not working I just downloaded other apps now and still they will just take your money don’t pay for service you won’t even receive. Refund me now!!!

  Never worked

  Installed the Fongo mobile on Canadian Apple Store and made the purchase , requested transfer of my number, once transfer is done nothing works while I’m outside canada. I tried changing the region of the Apple Store and then purchase the world Fongo app which require a new account and can’t transfer my phone number too. I’m not sure why people are giving this app positive reviews . Nothing works with big hassle switching regions and wasting money.
