  This is the most terrible run place I’ve ever been to. I would be ashamed to have my name associated with anything about this restaurant. The management should all be fired. Let me tell you what your problem is. The management has no clue how terrible the service is because they aren’t watching the the hell is going on. Here’s your fix. FIRE the management and get someone in there who can handle organization, communication, and food service. What a joke!

  Epic - Mario Brother park

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today we celebrated our son Aaron’s 5th birthday at Epic Universe, and while the park itself was amazing, one person made our day truly unforgettable. A young Team Member named Dylan from Orlando went above and beyond while we were waiting. He took the time to teach Aaron how to dance, made him laugh, and treated him with such genuine kindness. Then, to our complete surprise, he gave Aaron a Mario plush toy. Aaron was over the moon, and that thoughtful gesture made his birthday and his entire experience even more magical. Dylan, thank you for your kindness, your positive energy, and for making our little boy feel so special. You are an incredible young man, and today you truly won our hearts. Universal, please recognize Dylan for the outstanding person and Team Member he is. Employees like him are what make Epic Universe not just an amazing park, but a place where unforgettable memories are created.

  The organizers for the VIP group tours wait entirely too late to post dates (July) for people to book & be assured their reservations are secured!! 8/9 days prior to arrival is far to close for reservations!!! DO BETTER!

  Would not recommend. One half of the bread had mold on it. In the inside and outside of the bread. When mentioned to the staff, they said it is on all of their bread and would not give me my money back. $20 bucks down the drain and the park benefits since I would be there all day with the kids and I needed to eat something. Very unprofessional. Very shotty bread and quality food if they allow moldy bread to be sold
