  All the features I don’t want - none of the ones I actually need

  It’s annoying to use my phone and email to login. The UI makes it difficult to view details without endless scrolling. The event organizers don’t list their policies. It’s a pain that I can’t add the tickets to my smartphone wallet. It’s annoying that I can’t review events. It’s dreadful that I get additional texts from event organizers trying to sell me more events that I don’t want when I never opted in. The fees better be dirt cheap for event organizers because this app makes Eventbrite look easy.

  Terrible

  Tried to buy tickets, have the app, set a reminder… when tickets went on sale a access code was required and there is no information about how to get access code. It’s a small venue, so early access was provided to select few. The app does not provide customer service only Q&A area Seems like an inadequate service. Very disappointed

  Just another app

  Annoyed to have to download an app to get my tickets. Would prefer to receive by email or be able to add to wallet. “Safer blocks scalping blah blah” all great just don’t funnel me into downloading the app. Will delete after show.

  Scammed for tickets

  Basically dice allowed me to purchase tickets for full price and when I was denied entry asked to understand that they won’t be issuing a refund for some weird policy reason. Point of the matter is I purchased a ticket that granted me all night entry I did not get granted access to the event and was still charged for it. Feels like a scam policy or not.

  No Refunds

  Bought tickets accidentally to a show I didn't want to go to and it ended up being 21+. Even if I decided to go, I can't and they don't do refunds on shows unless something happens to the event. I'm a college student who can't afford to be spending $120 on something I can't even participate in. Horrible app.
