  DO NOT TRUST THEM

  ClassPass sold me credits, then made them impossible to use without paying twice. Two food orders failed on their end (as in the restaurants straight up never even got the orders), one never placed, one their own AI killed and never fixed. Support admitted the failure was theirs, then told me the fix was buying a new plan so the credits could “roll over.” Cash back was off the table. Their best offer was 5 free credits, and the rep told me flat out a manager would say the same thing. There’s an active class-action lawsuit against them right now over this exact setup, credits designed to expire with no way to cash out. Don’t bother.

  Good for the person who wants to explore different types of workouts

  This app has been great. I would give it 5 stars if there was more of a variety near my home but that may not be a Class Pass thing. This is great for the person who wants to find the workout they like best. I’ve been able to go various classes and also enjoyed some different foods with my credits.

  New updates

  New updates took away some fun features. Before I was able to see most of the classes my friends booked so it was easy to click and book those same classes. Another good feature being able to see which friends are going to the same classes that I already booked. It doesn’t show in my “upcoming” tab anymore. Nor does it show when I click on the class itself to see class description/details. The refer a friend banner replaced it. Lame. Please change this feature back.

  RUN, FAR!!! ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

  I am currently an hour into “support” with no help. Class Pass AI chat bot advised I could cancel my trial since I booked all my credits and I would still be able to attend the remaining 3 classes. Welp, that was incorrect and now I have no classes to attend. Support offered a supervisor in 2 days …. Then offered my credits back in the form of a new subscription and then proceeded to disconnect the chat. I have documented the entire chat. Do not use ClassPass unless you have a lot of time on your hands should something go wrong. I did not even get to the booking limitations that make scheduling an anxiety nightmare. Just run. RUN! 6/27/26 Update: Support you are not reading!!! The start of my review states I was in your chat support and your advice is to go to the SAME chat support?!?! Hilarious. As I said RUN!!!! 6/29/26: STOP DIRECTING ME TO THE SAME CHAT BOX THAT I SPENT HOURS IN! I do not want ANYTHING from you! I just want to warn people before they even waste their time!! 7/4/26: Please stop telling me to contact you when I have all these screenshots of our chats where support is actively upselling instead of fixing the issue. I currently can’t even use all my credits because classes keep cancelling DAY OF!!! What is your support “solution”? Purchase a subscription!!!! Ha! Solve my free trial with money….Also fun fact: customers get charged TWENTY ONE DOLLARS for cancelling day of!!!

  Love the variety!

  Class pass literally changed my life! I am now trying so many new activities I would have never done before like boxing and Buti yoga. There are so many studios that are on the app that all the places I go are walking distance! I used to waste money with a gym membership that was too far for me to go to consistently and with class pass I use all my credits before the month is up because it’s so easy to fit it in with my schedule! Highly recommend!!

  Pls fix the referral link

  I love the app but for a few weeks I haven’t been able to share my referral link. Every time I click on refer friends and error pops up that says something went wrong. Pls fix this so I can introduce more ppl to the app!!

  Repeated ClassPass cancellations

  I booked a session at this gym through ClassPass on two separate occasions, and both bookings were canceled because they said they didn’t have anyone available. After this happened twice, it feels like they aren’t interested in accepting ClassPass members. It was frustrating and a waste of time, especially after planning my schedule around the appointments.

  Inaccurate studio availability

  I cancelled my membership before my free trial even ended. I live in upper Westchester, so available classes are already few and far in between. ClassPass listed studios as available for booking even though they no longer accept ClassPass. One of these studios honored my reservation as a courtesy, and both owners told me they’ve repeatedly contacted ClassPass to be removed from their platform, but have been unable to speak to anyone in customer service. It’s frustrating, and more effort than it’s worth if you’re in my area.
