  Broken Payment Method

  Across multiple apps and payment methods and even phones and accounts it won’t let me check out. Then the biggest joke is I go to the website and it tells me I need to download the app. Get bent

  Bad delivery services

  Orders from the app is good for point and usually good for ease of ordering but since they use a third party delivery with their app, the 3rd party delivery basically chooses which restaurant will get it. I placed an order for delivery since I don't drive. The nearest McDonald's is maybe 1.5 miles away, yet the the restaurant that picked up the order is nearly 8 miles away! It tied ed a 15 minute delivery to a 45 minute delivery. And for what? Would the nearest restaurant get automatically selected for the order? Apparently not. The app has no control over who delivers and from where. I'm not using the app anymore.

  A lot of app issues

  It would be a great app if it didn’t constantly require you to log back in, taking about 5 minutes minimum each time. It’s also very slow and shuts down frequently. For such a large company, I would expect it to run much better than it does. Deals on the app are nice, when you can get it to open.

  I’m just trying to order french fries

  I wish I could give this 0 stars. Why in literal you know what does the process of ordering french fries (redirected from website (bull), forced to download app, forced to make profile, have to then confirm through email, etc etc) take longer than filling out my college applications.
