    Use to love it, now doesn’t fit my needs.

    My doctor recommended this app because i need lose 4+ pounds a week for the next month, the app won’t let me put that in because it’s supposedly unhealthy. it use to allow that option. I no longer recommend this app because it changed the one thing i actually needed for once.

    Love this

    Overall, really great does a great job of tracking what you eat and really emphasizes getting enough protein and calories. My only wish is that it would track your sugar also. It would also be nice if they had workout videos recommended for you to do. But overall, really great app does a real good job and I’m super thankful for it.

    Too complicated

    It is way too complicated. It won’t let you easily add a custom item, so even if you know how many calories something has you can’t add it unless it’s already in there database.

    Simple and accurate

    I’ve been using this app for a couple of weeks. I like the reminders if I forget to log food. Also it has a huge bank of foods to select from (this helps whenever I dine out). Another great feature is that I can adapt the percentage of protein, carbs and fats. It’s made me more aware of my diet.

    Enhancement request

    Would like to have some actual verification of foods entered I’m guessing by users. No nutritional info except calories is lacking. Many entry choices are just plain wrong. Also no nutritional information like fiber content or vitamins are shown. For someone who wants nutrition this is lacking. I switched to this because my ymca app linked to it but I’ve used other free apps that had much more accurate info.

    I’m very happy with this app. If you forget to add you food it reminds you. Now my diet it much easy I don’t have to could the calories by your self. Everything is al ready done for you.
