  I paid for a year. It’s 10 months later and I have and wasted so much time on this app before giving up. Every time I logged in there was another new and exciting bank connection error!! So I would spend 60-90 minutes trying to connect it again. Every. Time. Reached out to support. Did what they said. Read all the online tips and tricks. Spent hours and hours on this app. I wanted it to work so badly. Finally had to give up. 😭

  Easy to Use Basic Budget App

  Love the app and it’s easy to use. Clearly shows your income and outgoing costs to see how much you are spending each day. I wish the app was more customizable with its layout. I haven’t tried to connect it directly to my bank account yet so I do not know much about that feature. I usually manually add my expenses each day.

  other budgeting apps i’ve tried are unusable for me compared to buddy. it’s become a part of my routine because it is so easy to use and personalize. as a result i actually know what i am spending each month. i recommend this app to all my friends because it works and it’s free!

  Good app

  Super easy to use. Just gotta manually do it. Not necessary to hook up any accounts if you don’t feel comfortable too. I personally like it. Makes me aware of where my money actually goes and how much I retain per month.

  Looks nice but math is never right

  I tried so many other apps and none were as nice as this one, but I go line by line by line every month trying to figure out why my “wallets” don’t match my real accounts and can never figure it out. That doesn’t matter as much to me because I mostly just use it to make sure I got all my bills paid but would be nice if that worked.

  Major flaw defeats the point of having a budget app

  Pros: -can set a custom date for the beginning of the budget cycle -a reminder to input expenses -ability to input expenses, and can make expenses recurring or not. But the thing that kills the app is that it ROUNDS the transactions you put in. If it you put 1.26, it’ll add $1 to your expenses. If you put 1.99 it’ll add $2. Because of this, it has said I spent $7.20 more than I actually did since I downloaded this app 10 days ago.
