  I tried to postpone my payment on the app for one day after , but it didnt allowed me. I have done fine on computer. Sometimes my phone dont download my notifications or pages in some areas and it only shows one bar.

  When we first became customers we had no issues, but within the last six to seven months there have been constant connectivity problems, always having to rest our internet and what not don’t and this is our second router.

  This new app is much better than the spectrum service. I’m not getting the HBO I’m paying for with the silver package and almost all the time neither TV will open the guide so we’ve only watched about a hour ovf tv per week
