  Least User Friendly, Most Unintuitive.

  It is insane the way basic features are not added to things like the music history (such as being able to see the track) and that if you have an entire queue set up it will delete the whole thing if you accidentally tap a song that you were trying to long press for unreasonably long. Im serious this app is a pain to use. I would just use spotify, but at least this way the artists get paid a more fair amount. I do not care how good the music sounds if accessing it is this unpleasant. Edit: And OH MY GOD allow me to turn off the auto loop mode for when i get in the car, AND AT LEAST ALLOW ME TO TURN OFF LOOP MODE AT ALL!!

  Just two things to fix.

  Sharing songs almost always results in sharing the album as a whole rather than the single track. A bug, maybe? Idk, but makes it harder to share music than with other streaming services. Secondly…adding lyrics would be a huge plus. Maybe I’m missing them but I don’t think so. Otherwise, I love this app. The shuffle actually works, the recommendations are way more applicable and relevant and more likely to align with my taste in general. Discovering things through their publications has been nice too. Better than Spotify and whatever else, regardless of the two issues I have with it.

  Awesome sound quality but missing things

  I love everything about this app regarding sound quality but it is missing some things like lyrics on songs, the ability to remember what song I was listening to after leaving my car for 10 minutes and coming back, and some artists are just wrong lol. For example, Halle (Bailey) is also listed as some sort of orchestra

  please give us the option to block artists

  i'm so tired of rkelly & chris brown (and others...) coming up in my recommended :( i don't listen to the daily playlist the algorithm makes me either because they always add those two for some odd reason. thanks for always fixing bugs and getting back to song requests so quickly though!! love my experience with this app so far

  Non-existent customer service

  I was charged for a full year’s subscription yet the app says I don’t have an active subscription. I’ve been trying to get this issue resolved since March (it’s July now) and customer service has been useless. Now any time I reach out to them I’m told that a report has been sent to the proper management team without any answers to my questions. No phone number to call… This is ridiculous! I’m paying for a service I can’t even use!!!!!!!!!!

  Wish it was better!

  The app is unbearably laggy at the moment, if it were smoother/quicker this would be an amazing music app. Otherwise a highly respectable company that actively listens to their customers!

  THIEVES

  I made the mistake of finding this app. I signed up for the trial and then selected monthly subscription after the trial, figuring I would give it two months. I couldn’t find a majority of the music I listen to most, but I had an alarm set to cancel after that second month. These jackals took the entire annual subscription amount from my account. There isn’t any customer service and I can’t get any help from a human. I had paid through PayPal, and they refunded it immediately when I explained what happened. THEN THEY STOLE THAT ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE AGAIN! And somehow they managed to do it without it showing up in my PayPal transactions. So now I have PayPal investigating and I have to go to my bank to dispute these fraudulent charges. AVOID THIS APP. THEY ARE THIEVES WITH ZERO MORALS.

  But could still use some work. The algorithms are vast but could use some tweaking in terms of what songs it selects for radios.
