No search bar? Filtering is poor
Lacks a search. A basic search to weed through 100s of videos. Oh, and I guess that swimming is not a sport even though you have swimming workouts! Lastly, the auto rotation detection is weak… gotta hit the rotate icon. So far I’m not impressed enough to pay the monthly fee

Buggy
This app is so buggy. Perfect Wi-Fi and the videos still freeze constantly. Such an interruption to the workout. If you want to use their ply music feature—good luck. The freezing gets worse.

Great looking app not for me.
The app is very well put together with excellent time-based training. It just doesn’t work for me. I’m new to suspension training, and I would like more guidance on how to perform the exercises correctly in the app, including the angles and levers, and when to choose one exercise over another. It would be nice to be able to use a library of exercises without having to subscribe, even on a limited basis, for a simple understanding of correct form and what to avoid. It would be helpful to be able to build your own routine to achieve personalized fitness goals. Trying to learn the correct setup for time-based workouts is difficult; there’s no single set for how to do the basic exercises without a subscription, so you have to jump to YouTube or the desktop website.

The optimal system
There aren’t many systems for resistance training that can accommodate essentially anyone, anywhere. TRX is the ultimate home and travel workout system. I’ve been a competitive bodybuilder and as I’ve gotten older and dealing with some injuries and pain issues, TRX still offers a complete and challenging workout without being tied to a gym or risking injury from lifting barbells and dumbbells

No basic value
Love the TRX, but this app lacks basic value. To start it forces you to register to then ask you to subscribe. That is a way to collect data before showing your value. Then, it doesn’t provide a list of exercises you can do with the TRX outside of a routine, for which you guess, you have to pay for. That is basic. Why do I need to use a third party app to use your product? Offering custom workouts or tracking progress grants a subscription, but showing a list of what can be done with a TRX does not. That is disappointing.

First time doing TRX on my own. I can feel the burn. Hopefully I get better adjusting the TRX strap. It is a little confusing.

Good Content, Poorly Designed App
Lots of good content. Unfortunately it’s hidden in a buggy app prone to freezing. Support while responsive is unhelpful (Really the best you can do is reinstall, sign out and sign in again). Searching is non existent, although, you can set up very basic and limited filters. For what you get the subscription fee is expensive. Luckily most of the content is available elsewhere for free!
