  Does what it claims to do!

  I bought this to have a clue when the “idiot lights” come up in the dashboard. Could have used it before to find out my gas cap was loose. Instead, paid to have Toyota tell me that. Grr. Used a device in each car, and it connects to my app seamlessly.

  App works great but…

  This app works great, but the amount of unnecessary prompts, logins, verification codes that are presented before you can even use the scan tool make this app truly frustrating. Save your money on premium and go buy a physical OBD2 scanner. Forget this 2FA garbage.

  Great tool!

  I have been using FIXD for over two years now. In fact, I bought one for my college age son. It is so nice to be able to see a code with additional information about how frequently that code corresponds to a given problem with the vehicle. I have been able to quickly solve issues with the vehicle using this device and app!

  Product works but beware

  They will continually charge you annually without giving you a warning or an option to remove auto renew. For this reason I give it two stars. This is a shady practice that subscription services try because they have a high non renewal rate.
